Crafted in a classic dry style from gently pressed estate Petite Sirah, this vibrant rosé opens with fresh strawberry and juicy watermelon, lifted by crisp notes of cucumber and Meyer lemon. Bright acidity keeps the palate lively and balanced, finishing clean and refreshing — an easy, polished wine that feels just as right on a sunny afternoon as it does alongside a relaxed dinner at home.
Seared Ahi Tuna with Sesame and Citrus Ponzu | Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad with Basil and Lemon Drizzle
Hand harvested from Block 4, planted in 2003 just beside the historic Ellen Rowe Victorian House. The fruit was taken directly to press, then fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and vibrant fruit character.
The 2025 vintage brought cooler conditions across the growing season, with temperatures never climbing above 100°F. Moderate weather allowed the fruit to ripen steadily, delivering balanced flavors and improved yields compared to the previous vintage, returning vineyards to more typical tonnage levels. A brief period of wet weather arrived during harvest, but most of the fruit was brought in ahead of the rain, preserving excellent quality. The year also marked an exciting step forward in the vineyard, with new Pinot Noir plantings and a portion of Syrah grafted over to Grenache and Mourvèdre, continuing the evolution of the estate’s Rhône-inspired plantings.
