This Albariño shines with zesty lemon-lime and ripe stone fruit flavors, lifted by crisp mineral edges. Its lively acidity and delicate floral notes make it a versatile pairing—from fresh oysters to a relaxed afternoon on the patio with friends, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Sourced from Bin Huong Vineyard near Ruby Hill in Livermore Valley, this site sits at approximately 900 feet elevation. The higher elevation and well-drained soils create ideal conditions for Albarino, allowing the fruit to develop bright aromatics and natural acidity while preserving the fresh character of the varietal.
The 2025 vintage brought cooler conditions across the growing season, with temperatures never climbing above 100°F. Moderate weather allowed the fruit to ripen steadily, delivering balanced flavors and improved yields compared to the previous vintage, returning vineyards to more typical tonnage levels. A brief period of wet weather arrived during harvest, but most of the fruit was brought in ahead of the rain, preserving excellent quality. The year also marked an exciting step forward in the vineyard, with new Pinot Noir plantings and a portion of Syrah grafted over to Grenache and Mourvèdre, continuing the evolution of the estate's Rhône-inspired plantings.
