Inspired by Captain Joe Concannon’s belief that Pinot Noir should feel like “a rose petal in my glass,” this wine reflects grace and expression. Handpicked and estate-grown, then aged in premium French oak barrels, it is silky and balanced, made for moments shared around the table with family and friends.

This Pinot Noir comes from Annie's Vineyard, a hillside site at 600 feet in the Livermore Valley foothills. Cool mornings, abundant sunshine, and natural afternoon shade create ideal conditions for balanced, expressive fruit in well-drained sandy loam soils.
Smaller yields across the Valley made for a high-quality vintage with incredible concentration. A wet 2023 and spring rains in 2024 led to fewer, smaller berries, packing in more flavor and structure. Some heat spikes in September kept us on our toes, but we navigated them smoothly to preserve balance. While the crop was lighter, the result is bold, intensely flavored wines that are built to shine.
